The puncture proof wheels of wheel chair have a strong interleave which resists them from getting puncture and are suitable and is the best for the wheel chairs as the same interleaves can be used again and again. However, the one and only shortcoming of the puncture proof wheel is that every time the whole tire has to be swapped, instead of interleaves which are quite difficult and expensive to exchange. Whereas the pneumatic wheels of the wheel chair are comparatively lighter in weight and also have an easier tire tubes to exchange inn case of puncture. Furthermore, these wheelchair wheels are more absorbent and give a better ride in the outdoor terrains. The only trouble comes is maintaining the PSI of the wheels and due to this the wheels tube has to be replaced after about every six months interval.
